Allah is the only one who hears everything, everyone, inner dialogs and kindred spirits. He hears things that are not said or that do not make a sound for humans.

As he hears everything, he knows your unspoken desires, darkness and beauty.

On judgement day all of the things you have said or thought about will be in question.

Allah also hears your prayers and can differentiate them. It is one of his virtues to perceive and hear beyond matter in a way that a limited portion of it can be acquired by followers if he so chooses.
